Labelbox offers a Free plan with up to 500 Labelbox Units (LBUs) per month. The Starter plan costs $0.10 per LBU and includes unlimited users, custom workflows, and model-assisted labeling. The Enterprise plan provides advanced features like multiple workspaces, enhanced security, and priority support, with custom pricing. The cost calculation for all monthly subscription plans is based on a flat rate of $0.10 per LBU. This update makes it easier to calculate the monthly bill and anticipate future expenses. Please note that customers on paid plans will no longer have access to free LBUs. This is due to the goal to better match plans to value.

To update the payment method on Labelbox, use the Add payment method link displayed in the Payment Method section. To remove a payment method, select the Remove button displayed to the right of the payment details. At least one payment method must be maintained. If the current method has expired, add the new method before removing the expired one.

For Foundry, charges will be made for the Labelbox units (LBUs) the account consumes, plus any pass-through compute costs for the models used. For self-serve Starter and Standard tier to enable billing for these model compute charges, confirmation of the credit card on file for the Labelbox account will be asked.

Labelbox charges are based on Labelbox units (LBUs). Catalog LBUs are charged each month while Annotate and Model are one-time charges. Free accounts have 500 free LBU credits each month. If this limit is reached, data can be accessed and exported. However, adding data rows, labels, or predictions cannot be done until the next billing period.
